TMC Oversized Hammer and Sear Pin Set – Carbon Steel

 While most hammer, sear, and barrel link pins are a bit under spec, these “over size pins” are heat treated and ground to the maximum diameter (.157″ hammer pin, .110″ sear pin, .154-.156″ link pin) on the 1911 part print to allow for precise fitting of the hammer and sear.  The pins do not exceed the maximum part specification.  These hammer, sear, and barrel link pins give you the smoothest hammer and sear rotation possible while eliminating pin wear. The elimination of pin wear helps keep that crisp trigger pull that you paid for.  The oversize pins may require reaming of some part pivot holes.
