CNC’ed machined from solid barstock stainless tool steel alloy using the most accurate Wire EDM availible.  Hardened and machined for a close tolerance fit and long-lasting function.

Each part is wire EDM’d and CNC machined for a precise +/- .0005″ tolerance, heat treated to Rc 53 – 56, then honed and mirror polished to provide uncompromised service and dependability in your pistol. American made with pride in workmenship and Warrentied for life.  This sear provides a great starting point for a perfect trigger pull.

This sear is the same as our Stainless Tool Steel Alloy sear, but features a super durable Black Oxide finish.  The black oxide finish provides an additional layer of protection againts corrution without effecting performance.
