Unlike generic 1911 or 2011 triggers, the Red Dirt Prodigy Trigger features a newly designed trigger shoe built expressly for the Prodigy. Because of this dedicated geometry, the trigger fits correctly, feels natural, and maintains consistent engagement throughout the pull. Speed Tuned (ST) Design for Precision Adjustment

Instead of traditional tabs, the Speed Tuned (ST) trigger replaces them with a flat-faced hex adjustment screw. Therefore, pre-travel can be tuned quickly and accurately without trial-and-error bending. Even better, this system allows adjustment with the hammer cocked, which means the shooter can dial in the exact feel efficiently and consistently.

As a result, achieving a clean, predictable trigger pull now takes minutes rather than hours.

Flat-Face Trigger Shoe for Consistent Control

The flat-faced trigger shoe promotes straight-to-the-rear trigger movement. Consequently, finger placement remains consistent from shot to shot. This consistency helps reduce lateral input, improves trigger control, and supports faster split times—especially during competitive shooting.
