Grobet Regular Pillar Files, Swiss Pattern – 6 Inch Cut Length – #0 Cut
A good set of Swiss Pattern Pillar files are a necessity for the Gunsmith. The Swiss double cut pattern easily removes metal while providing a very smooth finish.

We stock a complete line of Grobet files in the styles most commonly used by jewelers and silversmiths. Cut 0 is the coarsest, cut 4 is the finest.
Grobet Pillar Files are parallel in width and tapered in thickness, like a hand file, but unlike hand files, they have two safe edges instead of one. Both cutting sides are double cut. They are also more slender than a hand file and available in several widths, the “Regular” style being the widest available. The safe edges allow precise filing without effecting adjacent surfaces.
