The Extreme Engineering Fire Control components, are truly space age. They are manufactured from the same alloy that rocket booster engines are made from. There is no need to stone them to fit or function, The hooks on the hammer are perfect, and there’s no reason to stone the sear either.

Extreme Engineering Marine Corp Spur Hammer
Manufactured from the same alloy steel as our Tactical Commander Hammers. The Marine Corps spur hammer was produced for the military to give them a premium quality spur hammer for their competition 1911 guns that could be set at the required trigger pull and last indefinitely. Heat treated to 50-54 RC. Suitable for use in any 1911 with a standard grip safety. This hammer is set up with .023″ hooks.
Extreme Engineering Marine Corp Sear
Manufactured from the same alloy steel as our Tactical Commander Hammers. The Marine Corps sear was produced for the military to give them a premium quality spur hammer for their competition 1911 guns that could be set at the required trigger pull and last indefinitely. This sear has no relief angle to help create a roll off trigger pull. Suitable for all 1911 pistols. Heat treated 50-54 RC.Heat treated to 50-54 RC. Suitable for use in any 1911 with a standard grip safety.
Extreme Engineering 1911/2011 National Match Disconnector
Designed to be used for extremely light trigger pulls. Faster reset time due to low mass reduces the chance of the trigger system not reconnecting causing a failure to fire when the trigger is being pulled extremely fast for double taps. Fits Kimber, Springfield, 1911, STI, SV, and Para. Low Mass Race Disconnector.
