The TMC 5 Inch Keyed Reverse Plug secures the recoil spring on pistols that use bull barrels or cone compensators. This blued steel plug also supports the front of the slide and gives the muzzle a clean, finished appearance.

Because bull barrel and cone comp pistols do not use a standard barrel bushing, a reverse plug is required. For this reason, proper fit and strength matter.

Designed for Bull Barrels and Cone Comp Pistols

First, the reverse plug contains and guides the recoil spring during operation. This control keeps the spring aligned and helps prevent binding during cycling.

Next, the support-style design fills the open space beneath the muzzle on bull barrel installations. As a result, the front of the slide gains added support while maintaining correct recoil system geometry.

In addition, the plug removes the unfinished gap at the muzzle. This detail creates a smooth, professional look at the front of the slide.

Keyed Design for Secure Retention
