These unique brass grip bushings are part of our “Frame Saver” line of grip bushings.  Even if accedently cross threaded they will not harm your expensive frame, yet once staked they are just as reliable as any steel bushing.  TMC always recommends either staking or using Lock Tight to secure your grip bushing.

The Thunder Mountain Custom brass grip bushings are perfect for replacing old worn bushings in your 1911. These bushings are properly sized for a tight fit in standard sized 1911’s. This set includes 4  brass bushings.  CNC machined from solid brass rod
