This Caspian NM receiver was a project that Caspian had manufacturing M14 receivers for another company.  This is the only one availible.  It is 8620 precision machined billet.  It has never been built into a rifle. An outstanding starting point for building an excellent rifle. It is as close to the original receiver as possible without creating a class 3 firearm
