TMC Government Mainspring Housing/Magwell (Smooth Mainspring Housing)

This is a two-piece combination mainspring housing and oversized magazine guide.  Features a unique dovetail locking system, in conjunction with the standard screw to provide a rock solid magazine well opening without gaps and rattling.  Both the Mainspring Housing and magwell are machines from Solid barstock steel.  

The Smooth Mainspring Housing matches that clean look to match your non checkered front strap or use this set with the Smooth Mainspring Housing to apply your own custom checkering or pattern. The Flat Housing is the standard 1911 design for the clean, classic look. Drop-in fit will work with virtually any 1911 style handgun.

The Government Model housing features drop-in installation in all full-size 1911 pistols including full size Para- Ordnance pistols single stack.
